There is a proposed beach and swimming area with approximately 60′ total on the waterfront. There will also be a sandy sunbathing and play area adjoining the proposed waterfront beach and swimming area.
Available with each of the condominium units is an 11′ x 40′ x 14′ high (12′ high garage door) storage bay in the private storage building located on site. This is a great place to store your boat in the winter and your RV in the summer. Or, any other of your larger toys!
This Association-owned building will house the water system, mechanical and electrical equipment needs for the development.
Heading west from the private Cottage Cove harbor entrance is the deep main body of Elk Lake. The entrance is via a short, deep channel.
There is a private boat launch ramp in the harbor that is owned by the Association and is for the sole use of co-owners. It is a new, deep, concrete launch ramp that makes launching and retrieving your boat an easy task. There are 19 assigned parking spaces for the boat slips along the west side of the harbor. This private area is for parking the boat trailers for slips #38 – #56 and there will be a few extra spaces that may be leased to co-owners by the Association. The area will be shielded from view by a greenbelt.
